Change Your Attitude, Change Your LIfe

Being High On Life means feeling good in each moment. No drugs, no alcohol, just a feeling of well-being with a genuine smile.
I’ve always been a positive person. As a child I would get up on tabletops and sing with just the slightest encouragement. I always looked on the bright side of life and just expected everything to work out for me, and it did. Does that mean I experienced no disillusion and tough times, no, of course not, I came out of Russia, and it was a long journey to a better life, and although I could not define it then, it was my attitude that kept me moving forward, and kept my spirits high. I really believed everything and anything was possible. I still do today.
When given a choice, everyone would rather feel good, so I make it a priority. I am used to finding the positive or feel-good side to most things as I go through my day. The point of this offering is to share with you my thinking and see if some of it might also work for you.
When you take responsibility for everything that happens in your own life, you can choose to change it rather than live on automatic pilot.
You can get rid of the anger, you can get rid of the disappointment, you can improve every single relationship you have in your life.
Lily High on Life, is a celebration of life and the people in your life. It’s looking at the things you like about the people you come into contact with and the situations you encounter, and automatically connecting with that.
The more you find the good in others, the more you learn to find the good in yourself.
We all want to be loved and respected, just because we are human. As you go about your day, smile more, be a little kinder to everyone and spread the love.
I’m Lily and I want to live in a world where people smile more, are kind to others and come from love. Let me know how you are enjoying your life.
