Wouldn’t it be wonderful to feel good all the time? 

Wouldn’t it be great to know you can make yourself feel better any time you chose?

I’ve been finding positive aspects to my own life for many many years, and I know it feels better when I think in ways that encourage me to smile and be kinder to people. I’d like to share that with more people, especially because Covid has created a fear and anxiety many people continue to carry.

My goal is not to tell you things you don’t know or teach you anything. You are perfectly fine the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing.  I just want to share how I deal with my world, and if you want to try any of my strategies to see if they might also make you feel better, I will be thrilled.

The goal is not to make you happy all the time, but just to feel a little better when you want to and get used to feeling good. The better I feel, the better life gets. 

It’s about strategies to help get you through challenging times and situations and people. We all have them, but I’ve learned that I don’t have to dwell on them or give them space in my mind.

So how did I get rid of those nagging thoughts that keep popping up in my mind? Thoughts that I become aware of even when I am not thinking about them, but they would suddenly be there? First, when I realize I am not feeling that good, I acknowledge it, and immediately ask myself the question, ‘what do I need to do to feel better?’ The question itself is a distraction, and the answer will come. 

We are all different and different things make us feel good, so the answers will be different for all of us. I will share different ways I find to feel better.

When you make the choice to feel better, you will be amazed at the results. 

We all want to be loved and respected, just because we are human. As I go about my day, I smile more, am a little kinder to everyone and do my best to spread the love.
